We are looking for an Executive to lead the “Order to Bill” process transformation and its continuous improvement initiatives of an important global industry, with a consolidated business in Brazil.

Reporting directly to the Global Director Process Owner, the Manager will drive the optimization and global standardization of relevant OTB processes across company’s regions and GBS Centers, also working closely with the BU stakeholders to ensure robust, sustainable process and data design, policy, technology requirements and governance to deliver best-in-class operations. This highly demanding, visible and exciting role is an excellent opportunity for a project management leadership approach as well as a good communicator.

You must present proven experience working in a similar position, ideally with a solid financial and/or project management background with global exposure. Fluent English and extensive availability to travel is mandatory. Prior experience within matrixial and complex environment would be considered a plus.
