Latin America IT Project Manager

Education:
Bachelor´s degree in computer engineering, computer science, related Knowledge area or comparable job expertise.

Technical Qualifications:


Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement.
Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal.
Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Advanced capabilities in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming, use case definition).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, third-parties/vendors customers and other Business and IT Personnel in a cross-functional environment.
Experience managing teams of analysts, solution architects, and project managers in the development of end-user requirements, system requirements, use cases and user experience definition.

Responsibilities:

Understand system configurations/high-level system architecture and their impacts to the business, business unit goals, strategies, plans, and critical success factors and core business processes and how each is enabled through technology capabilities and the key areas supported by the IT.
Support the business through an IT governance/decision process at key decision points, including alternatives, limitations, constraints and dependencies, as well as benefits of the proposed solution in terms of key metrics.
Maintain an awareness of technology trends, opportunities, compliance, regulatory requirements and effective communication and collaboration methods to optimize and enable potential benefits.
