Product Manager

Minimum Experience:
3 years of product management experience

Education:
Bachelor´s degree  related Knowledge area or comparable job expertise.

Technical Qualifications:
Agile environment and lean methodology. 

Responsibilities:
Bring a clear understanding of user centric development and know how to identify who, what and when to build features for and break down work into the smallest valuable pieces.
Follow the entire life cycle of a product, from the idea to the (further) development.
Collaborate with our partners from internal business unit like Sales, Marketing and R&D to understand their vision of a promising product for the customer and the break it down into a backlog of user stories that can be implemented.
Sustainably implement our interative, lean, agile and XP-based development process while focusing on the delivery of a minimum viable product (MVP) through early validation with our custumers.
Innovate and iterate on lean and agile process and share works and what could be better.
