We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Compensation & Performance area of a renowned and admired global Industrial company with a solid business in Brazil.
Reporting directly into the Global C&P Head, you will be responsible to support the South America businesses to execute their compensation plans and policies, advice managers and employees in respect to all HR-related matters, providing an effective relationship with the global HR team. This role also drives the operation of global HR policies, procedures and change initiatives within this region. This highly demanding and visible role is an excellent opportunity for a business oriented leadership approach, with a notorious influential as well as communication skills.
You must present a proven working experience into a best practices’ environment and a solid Compensation & Performance background ideally with previous global or regional exposure. Fluent English is mandatory. Prior experience into a complex and matrix environment would be considered a plus.
