Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for aspects of strategy and operations for all talent acquisition and diversity activities, analyzing and reporting its trends and market insights. You will be deeply connected to the Headquarters when dealing with any topic concerning diversity and trainee program, summarizing and driving action to achieve opportunities. This highly demanding and visible role is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with an influential approach as well as notorious communication skills.
You must present a proven working experience into a best practices environment and a solid Talent Acquisition background ideally with previous global or regional exposure. Fluent English is mandatory.
