Join a global and renowned consumer goods company that is looking for a HRBP professional to support one of the business unit strategy.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, this highly visible role includes responsibility for managing all BU people issues, providing support to the managers in all HR matters, ensuring the staffing of all positions with the right person and competencies according with the approved budget. This will be achieved through the right identification, delivering tools and processes that will enhance individual and collective performance, beyond an aligned corporate communication in order to develop employees’ sense of belonging and well-being in the company.
You must present a solid HRBP background ideally in global or multinational companies with a notorious influential approach as well as communication skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
