We are looking for an experienced executive to lead the Talent Acquisition area of a renowned and admired global Technology company with a growth business in Brazil.
Reporting directly into the Growth Markets TA Director, you will be responsible to create and implement innovative recruiting strategies, programs, and initiatives to meet growth objectives and business strategies. This role also must refine the recruiting processes to ensure candidate experience is always outstanding and define how to measure and continually improve recruitment processes and culture. This highly demanding and visible role is an excellent opportunity for a business oriented leadership approach, with a notorious influential as well as communication skills.
You must present a proven working experience into an innovative and best practices environment with a solid Talent Acquisition background ideally with previous global or regional exposure. Knowledge of Agile methodology and Fluent English is mandatory. Prior experience into a complex and matrix environment would be considered a plus.
